Remove from packaging and place dim sum in steamer.

For the Chicken & Vegetable Dumplings, after steaming, place in a pan with a little oil and fry for 2 minutes on a low-medium heat until the skin turns golden.

※ Ensure the dim sum are piping hot all the way through before eating.
