Our commitment to quality begins with sourcing the freshest ingredients, ensuring that each bite is a harmonious blend of flavours. To preserve their freshness, our dim sum are frozen immediately after being made, guaranteeing a taste that's as fresh as the moment it was crafted.
We take pride in crafting every piece with meticulous care and attention. Our dedication to excellence is exemplified by our head chef, who joined us from the prestigious Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant, Hakkasan. Recognized as the benchmark against which all high-end Chinese restaurants should be judged, our head chef ensures that Mai Dim Sum upholds the highest culinary standards.
How Mai Dim Sum works
We use locally sourced ingredients where we can. Our menu is simple, creative, fresh and delicioius. At the same time, it is designed specifically to avoid food waste.
Our small team of specialist dim sum chefs masterfully create our dumplings by hand, using 100% natural ingredients.

Freezing locks in the flavour and nutrients without the use of preservatives. It’s also a great way to reduce food waste.
Delivered to your door
Our team will aim to deliver your order within 2-3 working days. We use Parcelforce on a Next Day Delivery Service.

Follow our simple and easy instructions to create a delicious meal in minutes. Better still, our dim sum can be steamed straight from frozen!
