A: No, we offer both frozen and fresh options for our dim sum. Our frozen dim sum is handmade and immediately frozen to preserve their flavors and quality. Additionally, you can also order our dim sum fresh for immediate consumption through Deliveroo, ensuring you can enjoy the same exceptional taste and quality without the need for reheating.

A: Our frozen dim sum can be stored in the freezer for a recommended period of up to three months. Be sure to check the packaging for the specific best-before date and follow proper storage instructions for optimal taste and quality.

Whilst some of our products are made without gluten, other products using gluten are made in the same kitchen and whilst we pride ourselves on very strict food handling procedures, inevitably there is a risk of contamination so we advise those with serious gluten intolerances to avoid our products.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a text message and an email with an online tracking number. Parcelforce will aim to deliver the next day.

A: Yes, we are committed to sustainability. Our packaging is designed to be eco-friendly and 100% recyclable. We use Woolcool insulated packaging for our frozen products, which is a naturally sustainable solution made from 100% pure wool. It reflects our ongoing commitment to reducing our environmental impact.

At present, we have a kitchen in Battersea, SW London and a kitchen in Bermondsey, SE London. Our frozen dim sum are available for delivery nationwide through our website.

Orders received by Wednesday 1pm will be dispatched same day or next day, for delivery by the weekend.

Orders received after this time will be dispatched from the following Monday for delivery that following week.

Please be mindful that our courier, Parcelforce, does not operate on bank holidays.

A: We offer hot delivery in South West and South East London. Additionally, our fresh dim sum is available for immediate delivery through Deliveroo. You can enjoy our handcrafted delights delivered straight to your door, fresh and ready to be savored.

Refunds, or a replacement order will be given only in the event that due to an error on our part, you receive your order incorrectly.
