1. Defrost the Duck: Remove the crispy duck from the freezer and let it defrost thoroughly. For best results, allow it to thaw overnight in the refrigerator, or leave it at room temperature for a few hours until completely defrosted.

2. Deep Frying: Once defrosted, heat enough oil in a deep pan or deep fryer to fully submerge the duck. When the oil reaches approximately 180°C (350°F), carefully lower the duck into the oil. Fry for about 3-5minutes or until the skin turns a beautiful golden-brown and crispy.

3. Serve and Enjoy: Remove the duck from the oil, drain it well, and let it rest for a few minutes.
