Shang Hai Sweet Braised Pork Belly 上海红烧肉-Pork 200g
We slow-cook tender pork belly until it's super soft and coat it in a sweet and savoury sauce. This sauce is made with soy sauce, brown sugar, and a mix of spices that give the pork a shiny look and a rich flavor.
We use compostable pouches to package our product.
Cooking instructions:
1. Unpack the food.
2. Add 100-200ml of water and the product to a nonstick pan (we suggest using a nonstick pan for optimal results).
3. Cook on medium heat for 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens and becomes sticky.
4. Enhance the flavor by adding some chopped fresh spring onions.
